Seven Lakes is an active-adult (55+), gated golf and tennis community. The Seven Lakes development includes 1,100 residences comprised of mid-rise condominiums, garden villas and golf villas. Seven Lakes is located in Fort Myers on US-41, north of Daniels Parkway/Cypress Lake Drive.

Residents can use the 18-hole, par 60 executive golf course as often as they like at no additional cost as all greens fees are bundled in the Seven Lakes monthly maintenance fee. Community amenities include a pool, tennis, billiards, exercise, library, woodworking shop and hobby room.
